they have no real debt now, trying to get financing, if you look at the annual report, they can make money if they have to, 10mil was used for commercials, website development, equipment, etc. - lots of lessons learned - thank god they cancelled the sb commercial! - expect 3rd or 4th quarter to show a profit - Ceo John Flemming can be contacted through email at [e-mail] - financing deal should be read thoroughly - its only if they need it, and can repay it - the shares being sold are ppm's coming in, s8 shares (part of the 10m spent) for different expenses being cashed in, etc. have any questions, email the ceo.

To be clear, approximately how much do they have in reserve before tapping into the Golden Gate money ?

The plan will work. My question is will cash remain and/or how practical is new financing without Dilution ?

I may buy another million shares this week.
Just need to know what you all know about the ability to operate with current funding.

Give your best estimate on how much originally came with going public, selling shares, etc.
