CCME - It doesn't say on the 10-Q that a check has been performed. If you read the 10-Q, Deloitte doesn't make any statement that they've checked or audited anything, although it's possible that they do check and audit various items.

Personally, I'm not going to believe that they've checked or audited something simply because the company tells me that. I want to see it come out of Deloitte's mouth. That's what they will effectively be doing in the 10-K.
