The net proceeds from the Financing will be used to fund continued exploration
and development work, including a definitive feasibility study, at the Company's
Ethiopian potash project as well as future potential strategic land acquisitionsand general corporate purposes.

Since the PR indicates "development work", does this include future construction and production of a mine? Is it possible for Allana to produce rather than allow itself to be taken over by senior mining company (ie. BHP)?

"future potential strategic acquisitions" - does this mean it will possibly acquire other mining companies?

I wonder what tomorrow will bring?
