today was an "anticipation" rally started with the NON-conclusive PR fed by pent-up released anxiety (almost anything non-negative in a PR would have this reaction)

FWIW - the new IR/PR firm seems to be already earning its shares (payment) with its "carefully" worded professionally couched announcements of itself.

But - IF(?) it is not followed up with CONCRETE good news (almost immediately) the PPS will be stepped down below .02

NOTHING is available/in-print to move this non-transparent/non-performing pennystock higher
