wamutrain, very good thought and analysis as I have thought about this as well. As much corruption that is here with the past and currently, anyone who thinks with all of the billions of dollars at stake that the criminals would have not tried to get to the Judge after Pauslon/Bair/Dimon, Weil/Gotcha/Mangle's corruption would have to be plain down right naive.

Your question and mine as well, IMHO will be answered tomorrow and this is how. When the Judge grants (and she will grant) discovery for the Hedge Funds tomorrow there are two ways the Judge can go. One being is to give Susman what he wants-should have and this is BROAD DISCOVERY or the other one she could grant would be limited/narrow discovery which would ONLY include the Hedge Funds.

If she grants the VERY NARROW discovery, then I would consider this a sham and the reason I do not feel she will grant broad discovery is because this is a backdoor into Weasel/Gotcha/Manges, FDIC/JPM, Paulson, Bair and Dimon. She has protected the true criminals so far and unfortunately I expect the same.
