I'd say China behind Brazil in healthcare, ahead of Russian and India.

Just to be clear: I’m talking about the level of healthcare reimbursement, not the quality of the healthcare per se. As far as I can tell, China is way ahead of Brazil in terms of healthcare reimbursement, and it is ahead of almost every major “emerging market” country with the possible exception of Mexico.
