I'm sorry if it is just speculation and opinion on my part but I definitely have a GUT FEELING these PRs are trying to tell us all something without spitting it out.

Here's what we know:

0) HC went over to BVIG and KATX investors were upset.

1) RR results were delayed and investors got upset.

2) Company sends out 7 Jan PR reassuring that all is well.

3) TA for KATX is now gagged.

4) KATX releases PR about IR representation.

5) IR company tells someone there will be news this week.

6) BVIG releases PR about IR representation.

To me this reads: we get it that moving HC to BVIG caused upset.
We cannot tell you about the share structure right now because we are organizing a reverse merger between KATX and BVIG. We have to let people know that BVIG has IR representation for new investors that will jump on board when KATX and BVIG become one. RR results will come with news of the new company structure and uplisting.

This is all entirely my opinion and I could be dead wrong but no one can argue this scenario is FEASIBLE.
