Well, we'll know tomorrow if:

1) the GSA is in tact
2) the EC will be allowed 2004 discovery
3) Hoffman will get his reconsideration
4) the EC will be allowed to directly appeal to the 3rd Circuit

Or if this judge is going to issue strange rulings, more delays, non-rulings or God knows what else.

What I do know is that we can't do anything right now, but our legal team is prepared.
