Why would one have to dig for something that should have been clearly conveyed by the company itself?

No. What happens is that the update is so vague or off-key that the "longs" have to press the belief that this was the update (financing)that everyone has been waiting for.

fully reporting shows whether you are a good investment or bad. It takes the speculation out, and since it makes it safer, the ability to make multi bags is hampered. I'll take the unknowns here over a fully reporting POS any day
