Tomorrow’s hearing was never going to change. The mayor offered Berlin as a venue if the hearings needed to go past this date and the docket was full. His petition was declined part due to it being improperly filed.

Burton has made a similar petition, which will likely follow the same fate.

Hopefully if this needs to go past tomorrow’s session, there will be enough space on the docket to not cause extended delays.
