If you understand what this subpoena is, you will understand that Quasar is not up for indictment.

Quasar is being subpoenaed for documentation from 2007 on.

Why would they be interested in documentation from before QASP merged into the shell on 3/17/09?

I'm guessing the only reason he is coming forward with this information at this point in time, is that he doesn't want a count of withholding material information added to the list.

Really? Jeff has been blogging he was/is doing precisely this the entire time since he took over.

Besides, if your statement were correct, it would make sense that Jeff would quietly comply as he wouldn't "want a count of withholding material information added to the list" and then not publish it.

Which just shows he is not hiding.

And, that he has nothing to hide.
