Banker sure but as you know dates are set but get moved all the time based on actual events making that needed. All they could do with LOI is decided what date they want it to close by. As with this sos filing last week it's clear that was not an expected event. I can be patient but enough won't over this and next month. Too few have patience that trade these. We see it over and over as time drags on price drops.
