This part:

Teva's generic is different from Lupin's.

Is my translation of what the analyst emailed me. "He" is (the analyst referring to) the CFO, in both places it is mentioned. If you want my understanding about the 2nd line, it is a general sentence explaining the fact that the partner of tL is unknown. The poor translation is mine but no insult is taken.
