The halt is required so the Company can clarify who are the directors and officers of the company and which of the competing Articles of Incorporation is accurate. Right now its a game of chicken. Everyone here wants Jeff to be right -- he's trying a positive approach to get Dean off the toilet. I think any jury would side with Jeff and common shareholders vs. Dean and his Series A Preferred, however Dean may have some legal case that the revised Articles filed by Jeff were not approved by necessary vote of each share class. Jeff jumped into a snake pit and can't complain that there are snakes there.
