I am not sure how that works to be honest. If canola growing is like some other farming, farmers grow when it is warm and store when it is cold. Stored canola in huge silos could allow for winter crushing.
Maybe they crush in the winter right now at CPOW and maybe they don't. I am not sure, we could find out.
