Who in their right mind would buy this stock after reading Jeff's "shareholder update"? Really, how can that possibly inspire any confidence whatsoever in QASP stock?

I'm starting to think the merger was maybe invented because he knew all this was coming. What private co is so desperate that this is their best candidate?

Who will be paying the legal bills?
