The AS is officially 3 billion and Jeff doesn't have the authority to lower it back down or he would have by now.

What's probably coming now is a legal fight for control of QASP that will take a VERY long time. No merger while that's up in the air.

There will be nothing left of Quasar but debt regardless of who wins.
