The notion that Teva would give out information like this to potential customers as part of some sort of devious plot to hurt MNTA is verging on paranoid in my opinion.
Paranoid? Think about it... What is the worst thing that could have happened to Teva by telling potential tL customers that they expect approval soon? Nothing... Teva can call them up now and say whoops I guess the FDA was pulling our chain. It costs Teva nothing but it may have prevented NVS/MNTA from even higher uptake revenue. They would have been foolish to not have called potential customers and acted like they did.
