Yes it sounded like they thought approval was imminent. You don't tell an account they will be getting patient discharge kits for posturing. I truly believe this minor deficiency letter caught them of guard. ONly time will tell if we will ever learn what's in that letter.

And to add to this.. When I first learned of the email back in July I was surprised TEVA would state such claims. I think it was desperation; and at that time and maybe even still now many TEVA drugs that this institution was using weren't and still aren't available because of manufacturing issues.
