What Does Form T Mean?
A form required by the NASD for reporting an equity trade executed after normal market hours.

This was your post after ONE late attempt to take the SP down a tick on closing yesterday (The trade was 28 seconds late, thus reported as a "Form T".)

To the contrary, there were no "SELLS"

There was ONE LATE SALE(singular) for 125K shares @.0021 for a total of $262.50

Someone was just a little late in hitting the button...

nothing more...
