Let H be the ASP of Lovenox in the hospital setting, and let R be the ASP of Lovenox in the retail setting.

We know from #msg-54355727 that:

0.7H / 0.3R = (0.6/0.4) = 1.5

Thus, H = 0.64 R.

I.e., the ASP in the hospital setting is 36% cheaper than in the retail setting.
