to me this is a clear sign of the bottom is very near in this sector

I believe we are nearing a capitulation point soon as well, probably closer to March right before earnings, if and when the market corrects. I am sitting on 40% cash right now. Took a huge hit in CCME but still in, and sold out of UTA at 7.60 to raise more cash. Holding YONG, TSTC, CCME, CCCL, and some small hot garbage at the moment.
