Companies like GE diversify, they don't place all their bets on one horse. Especially in these early stages. I would not be surprised to see the US Navy SBIR fund CABN.

The US military has made it quite clear, that a fundamental new goal is to get the US Military weaned off of foreign crude oil!!!!

And EPA just moved into the enforcement stage of new CO2 permit regulations for power plants, and other large CO2 emission sources!!!!! It was in the news yesterday (I posted it on the MVTG board). That is a double whammy!!!!!!
