With the massive upgrading of auditors in the China small-cap space, these companies are becoming more and more transparent. CCME was crushed due to the fact that people were heavily margined and had stock sold out from under them. If they didn't have that happen yesterday, they certainly got the margin calls this morning and thus even more selling. This "hit piece" wouldn't have been nearly as destructive had it happened to another company where everyone and their dog wasn't in love with the stock. You say the risks are too great ? The risk is actually starting to come out of many of these companies .......
"Sold out of NIV Today at a loss. Have decided I will never invest in china stocks again. The risks are simply too great too own them. I will not be the only one saying that, and I didn't even get burned, so think of that when you apply future valuations, if a ton of people who would of invested in these stock no longer will do so. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though."
