I spoke with Stan Wunderlich today (I also spoke with him yesterday). When you call the 1-800 number, don't dial ext. 7770 unless you want voicemail, dial #2 for IR and it goes straight to Stan.
I called to ask him about the law firm rumor. He told me that as of today, the Wall St. law firm still represents KAT Exploration. But, (IMO) they may not be much longer "as of today...yes."
He answered my questions, to the extent he could, regarding the current state of KATX. I suggest if you're looking for some answers regarding KATX...call Stan and ask!
He did ensure me that a PR will be released next week:)
