Be careful of any new that says "letter of intent"...I have learned my lesson. I hope I am wrong in this case.

LLEG (Laidlaw Energy) just had a PR with a LOI and the PPS went up 20% and came back down right after lunch.

Like I said...Hope I'm wrong.
