Agree 100% with the frustration of dealing with the clueless...If everything is in place already, the price will show it...that's the beauty of the penny market, we get to connect some dots, get in early, and sometimes it pays off handsomely.

I get it, but if investors want all those aspects of a stock to be in place go buy a company on the NYSE, pay $20.00/share and hope for your 10-12% yearly return if you're lucky.
