It would be quite simple Its all business so remember that They would stop the PRs completely, Let the flippers run the legitemate shareholders out which wouldnt take to long.. Then it would come down to the flippers taking each other out and what is left would be the buyout shares.. Keep in mind that they would have to file papers with the sec.. A stop trade would need to be issued and whomever is left at that time would be offered a cash settlement of their shares.. It could be anywhere from a penny to a dime Its not a terrible thing but it does happen the companies need to move forward and this would let them.Unless things changed dramatically on the market
