The action in progress is a 100 for 1 reverse split, which means for each 100 shares you now own, you will own 1 tomorrow morning or whenever the action has ended.

My 1,000,000 shares will equal 10,000 shares, and will be worth the market value tomorrow morning. The PPS will have to reach $0.16 for me to break even on my initial investment of $1,600.00.
