The fact that HNSS is 'aggressively seeking accretive acquisitions' leads me to believe that there are either one or more acquisitions that are about ready to be put on HNSS's balance sheet. Notice how the sentence was split into two parts. One being the acquisition side and the other being 'speaking with other insurance and medical product manufacturing companies'. I think these are two separate pieces and aren't lumped into HNSS actively seeking to acquire such companies.

Hopefully that makes sense.
