Has TEVA actually said that they have no more significant entry barriers for t-enox? Their PR regarding the Minor Deficiency letter certainly did not say that. Was there another communication?



Ok, I should have said "if one believes what they are trying to make you think they are saying".

And I mean a significant barrier in the sense that the cost would drive a decision to abandon the project. Not just a technical issue.
