I am missing something here. Or maybe not.

Is someone implying because some canola being imported to China had blackleg disease that the Chongquin Grain Group - CPOW joint venture won't go through?

Boy that is a stretch.

#1 CGG is going to be importing the OIL - the cooking oil - not the canola meal itself. Am I the only one that sees WHY they would want to do this? All the more reason TO DO IT if there has been some disease problem with the meal -- don't bring the meal over. PROCESS it in Canada and ship over the oil.

#2 Someone has already posted articles on here that this problem has been less of a problem and Canola futures are up.
