IMHO this goes back to the definition of Joint Venture that I posted earlier.

CGG n-e-e-d-s a company like CPOW to be able to do what the plan is.

For me, this is why a JV and not a buyout.



Thinking this over more, I figure there will be some chinese investors that would want to buy CPOW stock if this comes together...
