On a more serious note; The QASP shell has a big audience, and that is worth a fortune in my opinion.

With Centaflix's 3/4 ownership of the new company, all that will be required is proof of honest management, and a profitable business model.

Can you imagine the appreciation in share price if they can pull that off!, I can.
