I bought this ages ago as someone called it a lotto play.

Since 2009 no SEC filings.

Is this compnay still alive and are they doing anything productive to try to earm money.

Or is this just an idea past its time and there are no assets left in the company? And who owns all those agreements?

Should this company be bankrupt?

Bernie Madoff anyone?
