Spoke - I believe Ray, knowing NVI can't pay him, structured the agreement knowing from the get-go that he would get free trading shares.... which he will freely convert into cash. Some get hung up on the fact shares my only be worth .10 on the dollar, or are underwater, but my view is Ray has ZERO cost in these free trading shares... how many can he get in total for the money he/NVI claim he is owed? 100,000 shares is $10,000 at 10 cents/share.... free money... nice pay day... lets assume he gets a dollar of stock for every dollar he is owed... maybe he can get 75% from each dollar as he sells into the market, he nets a couple hundred grand over time... nice, again, considering he did nothing to earn the money in the first place.... other than ruin many a life with his misinformation and mismanagement of this publically traded company.
