What is next is simple. They raise money, or they do not, are unable to do so. To give some credit to their integrity, I don't believe they wish to go from paycheck to paycheck, letting the ampakines go undeveloped. I believe they will sell the company if they cannot move the compounds forward. I also believe there is some sort of timing here as well. Their plan a. is to raise money, repurchase RD rights/IV compounds, and do another deal. Plan b. is to sell the company if a. doesn't occur.

Is Servier interested in any of these machinations? Are their other high impact suitors? Maybe Cortex is unwilling to examine the myriad of other possible deals/partnerships as this would put the cabash on Cortex' share price.
