Quick take, cautious optimism......

the 2 major burdens of SA are

1)day time vigilance --> NEUTRAL effect(but we will need sequential day therapy assessment. This has to tip into a favorable zone for meaningful benefit justifying chronic drug therapy)

2) cardiovascular(cv) risk --> improved surrogate marker as measured by oxygen desaturation suggests a signal of benefit for cv risk reduction.
