Was it proven bogus? It was never retracted and was the legal addendum to the companies filings until Jeff refiled. I never saw a single thing where Jeff officially said people were tampering with filings. Blog posts are neither official, or legally binding proof of anything, and I don't recollect him talking about this in the blog post with any specifics.

Until we see a new filing, you had better believe we currently have an AS of 3.0 Billion shares.
