Since the T/A doesn't give out A/S information, and you claim the filing is incorrect, than where else should inquiring minds go to get the truth on this matter? Nobody's "Word" is good enough for me...not yours, not jeff's not Jesus himself. The only document I have ever reflected on when establishing the share structure of a company is the documents filed in the state of incorporation. These documents say the A/S is 3 billion shares. If it is incorrect, Jeff certainly hasn't gone out of his way to assure anybody that the filing wasn't correct. A blog post to address such a disasterous increase (and he didn't really address it now, did he) is obscene at best.

As far as I'm concerned, the A/S is 3.0 billion shares according to the most recent filing with the Colorado SOS.
