The problem is not that the company is a scam.
The company exists.
There are 8 employees.

The problem is that it's value was deliberately misrepresented in false advertising and luring investors / traders to buy shares at prices far above the value of the shares and the pumpers made millions off of you and others.They have YOUR money.

The Chinese MOU is very carefully done to avoid entanglements with the shares of CPOW, probably in anticipation of what is going to happen to the company next.
