Isn't Ginni Thomas just as guilty? She had to sign off on her joint tax return as well. I would assume she knew she received income from the Heritage Foundation yet failed to disclose it.

Throw both of them in jail. It's an embarrassment and disgrace that Thomas be allowed to remain on the court. It makes a total mockery of our judicial system.
