From the hourse's mouth - The guy from BCSC said "they were investigating the irregularity of the trading and the possibility that it could be insider trading. Key word here is "possibility". He also mentioned that because the OTC market is unregulated BCSC can't enforce a halt on the OTC market.

IMO - If they found evidence of insider trading the stock would still be halted as they continued to investigate.

FYI. My broker told me he couldn't buy the stock because it was HALTED. NOT because of insider trading.
