I have said a number of times on this board that the cash is the key. DTT's full year audit is already in progress. The most devastating rebuttal CME can make would be to release a statement saying that DTT has not completed the audit but has been asked to vouch for the veracity of the bank statements AND HAS DONE SO.That is all they have to say.

The market is going to looking very closely at CME's response to this. They have a choice to make. They can nibble around the edges of Citron's claims or they can drive a stake through the heart of them. Verification of the cash puts to rest the accusations already made as well as whatever else Citron is going to accuse them of.
