MAC, the operative words are “if you believe the price is going to move up”. Thus, this is the strategy with a “bullish” bias.

Stocks only move in 3 directions: Up, Down, or Sideways. In formulating the game plan, one has to choose which way he or she believes the stock is going. Of course, there are strategies that could cover all three directions, but then we would come out with the same original investment. All the work would be for nothing. And, that’s why the reward is associated with the risk.

I may still go with the trade, but I haven’t decided at this point. I’ve also not decided whether my play would be a neutral play, bearish, or bullish yet. Of course, for this I will document as one of my journal entries if I decide to participate.

The beauty about financial market is that there’s always tomorrow to look forward to.
