I agree. I'm really looking forward to hearing more about this venture. It's logical, it's sound, it fits really well with Fred's background and it's one of those simple stupid things. It's a great move, my only qualm is that it wasn't initiated sooner.
Does anyone know the timeline for wrapping up the resale of the first properties? It seemed like it was something that was going to take place relatively soon.
