I listed all or none at .0016. After getting to 2:00 est without moving any, I changed it to not be all or none. So far they've moved only 23% of my shares for .0016. If they can't do any better than that by the end of today, it will cost me a $10.00 transaction fee to move 23% of what I wanted to move. Grrrrrrr.....
