As stated on the SI board that site says Intel accepted "punishment" when no punishment was handed out. Pretty evident of the bias.
Considering that Intel never required customers to deal exclusively with them it seems pretty simple to accept the terms that require Intel to refrain from what they weren't doing in the first place. This is clearly a case of the JFTC needing to save face after wasting time and money on nonsense. Intel is kind enough to go along with it. What would you do in Intel's place?
