If Mr. G's interest is increasing shareholder value, and that is to make shareholders money, and flippers make money as shareholders, then why would Mr. G's biggest pet peeve be flippers who make money?

I wouldn't care if QASP dealt in wooden tongue depressors....if I could flip it and make money.

The difference is that I don't hold the CEO in contempt as it is implied that the CEO hates flippers.

You can't hate people for being successful, whatever their strategy. It's wasted energy.
