And only at .0020 - What does that tell you? A diluted POS. You'll be lucky if this ever goes above .003 again.

It seems VCTY is being promoted by some newsletter hence the volume. And most likely MMMG diluting covertly again.

But not even the bogus news will prevent VCTY going to 000's
